Appointment Policy
As an all-ambulatory practice, we operate on an appointment only basis. You can call the office at 609.291.0535 during business hours to schedule an appointment. You can request a date and time and we will do our best to accommodate you. Occasionally, an appointment will take longer than expected or we have an emergency (emergency cases always receive top priority) and the doctor will be delayed. In that case, we will contact you with the new arrival time. We make a sincere attempt to see each client on time and try our best to be prompt, but an occasional appointment delay is inevitable.
Emergency Policy
Emergency services are available 24 hours a day every day of the year. If you have an emergency, call the main office number at 609.291.0535 and speak to the receptionist, who will contact the doctor on-call. If the office is closed, call the same number, follow the prompts and you will be connected to the on-call doctor.
Privacy Policy
All medical and financial information of our clients is private and will not be shared with any other parties without the permission of the client. We frequently are asked for information from insurance companies, online pharmacies or people interested in purchasing a client’s horse, but we will always ask the client before complying. Conversely, if you ask us about a horse we care for, we cannot discuss the horse with you without contacting the owner first. Thank you for understanding.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash and personal checks. Credit cards can be kept on file (encrypted for storage) to ensure there is no lapse in the care of your horse. Please see the Forms section to complete our Credit Card Payment Agreement.
